建议去 ctan 下载安装包，编译出 .sty 文件，然后将其放在 TEXMF 本地目录下，最后命令行 texhash。

twocolumn 选项配合 tasks 宏包应该能做到

.cls 里：% comsoc, if a Times math font was not loaded by user, enforce it \def\@IEEEcomsocenforcemath

应该是 .cls 文件里强制使用了 newtxmath，既然是模板要求，就别改了吧。
