双栏状态，跨栏的图表，单页放置时，如何设置间距

在双栏状态下，我将表1和图3设置成了浮动格式且跨双栏，它们自动跑到了一页，但我发现图和表既没有上下两端对齐（顶部和尾部还有空白，我的文档应该是设置了上下两端对齐），也没有居中放置，中间还有很多空白。
请问我能将其设置为顶部对齐，同时让正文内容跟这两个图表在同一页，来补充空白吗？
